Photography is my constant in the chaos of life.

I photograph the Scottish Landscape and everything in it.

Time spent watching light change and waiting for light to change is my favourite time. The light is always new - always different.

I am a fan of Henri Cartier Bresson's "Decisive Moment". Even when photographing things that are apparently still, the change of light and season gives fresh opportunities every day.

All images on the site at the moment are digital. I have 25 years of film work in course of transfer. Even some travel images from New York, Martha's Vineyard, Montreal, Iceland & Norway may arrive on the site one day ! My most recent subjects are those close to home.
